I have been in the fitness industry professionally for 7 years. With over 10,000 training sessions I have the experience and knowledge to help anyone achieve their fitness goals. I have been self taught in fitness for 17 years enhancing my knowledge through books and mentors prior to being certified. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a certified personal trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist. I have a passion for helping and sharing my knowledge with my clients whether they be beginners or seasoned athletes.

Tommy Houck

Certified as a Personal Trainer through N.C.C.P.T and holds certifications in TRX and Dotfit.  Body Building Coach since 2015 specializing in posing, psychological prep for competition, nutritional support and developing a training program specifically for the competitor's needs.

Certified Yoga Instructor by the American Fitness and Nutrition Academy in Pasadena, CA.  Registered with Yoga Alliance as an experienced yoga instructor at the 200 hour training level and Co-Instructor of the Santosa Yoga Teacher Training program in Glendora, CA.  Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider specializing in workshops in Ayurveda.

Jordan Edmond

I am a well rounded trainer who can train individuals of all ages for any goal they desire. I am also Certified as a Personal Trainer through N.E.S.T.A.  I love to play sports and to be outdoors as much as possible.  Being that I love playing and training myself for sports I have gravitated to being a high intensity trainer with emphasis on your specific sport or need.
